ADD GARLIC AND STIR VIGOROUSLY TO RELEASE GARLIC FLAVOR.

ADD ONION AND STIR UNTIL OINIONS TRANSLUCENT AND CELERY IS SOFTENED.

ADD SHRIMP AND STIR..

LET SIMMER

(COOK ANGEL HAIR PASTA)

WHEN SHRIMP ARE ALMOST OPAQUE, ADD DICED GREEN ONION

SHRIMP WILL PRODUCE LIQUID.

WHEN SHRIMP ARE DONE, TURN OFF AND COVER, LET SIT FOR A FEW MINUTES.

LADDLE OVER PASTA….
